I am Sarah, but many also call me Sam :). I live in Vienna - Austria and you may know me from my Instagram page "pacing_the_waves". There, I talk about Myalgic Encephalomyelitis also known as M.E. or ME/CFS.
Before I got chronically ill, i used to be a figure skater and I loved dancing!
Now I have social media accounts where I post about live with chronic illnesses. I am also apart of the European Youth Delegate programm as a substitute for Austria. I hope to reach as many people as possible via my social accounts, so I can help more people in need. People that are sick like me, but also people that live in war zones, the LGBTQIA+ community, Kids in need, and I also have a big heart for helping animals.
